Do you ship anywhere?

  • We ship most anywhere in the world from the United States of America!


How much is shipping?

  • United States:
    • less than half a pound = $5.99
    • less than one pound = $6.99
    • more than one pound = $8.99
  • Canada:
    • less than half a pound = $13.01
    • less than one pound = $15.01
    • 1-2 pounds = $19.01
    • 2-3 pounds = $23.01
    • 3-4 pounds = $30.01
    • 4+ pounds = varied and calculated at checkout
  • International (outside of US and Canada)
    • less than half a pound = $14.01
    • less than one pound = $19.01
    • 1-2 pounds = $23.01

Do you offer express shipping?

  • You can email me and I will try to get your package out quickly, but otherwise I typically ship all packages out every 4-5 days. Shipping times depend on the post office.


How is everything packaged?

  • We ship in a plastic polymailer that is waterproof. Occasionally we ship extra large orders in a cardboard box. We package with care! You also may receive your order in a used polymailer to cut down on plastic waste.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • No, we do not take returns or exchanges. We post ample photos with measurements and photographed flaws/details. Please read all descriptions and swipe over to view all photos! My package hasn't arrived, can you help me?

  • Before you contact us, check your email for the tracking number we provided. Also check that you entered the correct shipping address. We ship to the mailing/shipping address and not the billing address (unless that is the same address). We cannot change the shipping address once your order is placed. We use Pirate Ship shipping service, which automatically imports the address you put as mailing/shipping address, so it cannot be changed once the order is placed. Please keep this in mind!
  • Fortunately, missing packages are extremely rare! However, packages are often delayed. While many packages arrive within 3-4 weeks, please account for up to 2-3 months for international orders to arrive from the US.
